Patient Recruitment Specialist's Main Objective The Patient Recruitment Specialist is responsible for connecting patients to clinical research opportunities across our site network.
Requirements
Collaborate closely with clinic and recruitment teams to meet enrollment goals for our clinical trials Skills Needed to Win Required : 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing role Required : People-oriented, compassionate phone communication skills Required : Openness to share rotating Saturday coverage Preferred : Sales, call center, collections, banking, customer service, or other outbound call-heavy experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment Preferred : Bachelor’s degree Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted. The Right Candidate Will Be self motivated!

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $33,000-$40,000 . Commission is paid biweekly. Average first-year earnings are approximately $46,000-$54,000 , with higher earning potential for strong performers.
