The Healthcare Operations Coordinator supports the company's clinical operations teams by managing healthcare vendor relationships, executing Electronic Medical Record system refinements, documenting workflows, and developing tools to improve clinic execution of clinical trials. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can independently manage projects with strong attention to detail. Healthcare Operations Coordinator's Main Objective Overall, the Healthcare Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing healthcare vendor relationships, configuring electronic medical record workflows, and developing organized operations for our clinical trials: Strategic vendor identification, relationship building, and account coordination efforts ensure our clinical trials have the resources needed to activate trials Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows and internal documents are maintained carefully and efficiently to support clinic readiness Communication across working locations is clear and professional, with proactive response to clinic needs Clinical teams are equipped with accurate materials, summaries, and operational support needed to launch studies successfully Skills needed to win Required : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Required : 1+ year of professional experience Required : Strong organization, communication, and time management skills in healthcare, clinical research, project coordination, administrative operations, account management, or systems-related work Preferred : Experience in account management, healthcare sales, medical device sales, or business development is highly desirable. This is an onsite Monday-Friday position. Priority will be given to local candidates.
Comfort with medical terminology, electronic medical record systems, written communication, and learning technical computer systems is important for success in this role. The Right Candidate Will Be self motivated! Energetic!
