Clinical Research Coordinator's Main Objective Overall, the Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution across our clinics, ensuring: Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortabl e experience throughout their time in our clinic Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently , with close adherence to clinical trial protocols Patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities are executed with strong focus and follow-through Patients are guided through the clinical trials process, ensuring they attend and complete required visits Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms Ensuring Sponsors and Clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site Serve as a reliable point of coordination for internal teams, physicians, sponsors, and research partners involved in active studies Help maintain strong physician confidence by staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping stakeholders informed on patient and protocol updates Work proactively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment , solving problems and helping keep daily operations on track Skills needed to win: Required : 1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-expectation healthcare environment. Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university. Preferred: Active RMA, CCMA, CMA, LPN, or RN certificate Strong preference for candidates with experience working toward KPIs, metrics, or performance expectations This is an onsite Monday-Friday position Coffee drinkers preferred.
