Paid PTO Career development and advancement opportunities WHAT WE NEED Bopat Electric is hiring experienced Journeyman Service Electricians who can independently troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial electrical systems. We're looking for licensed electricians who enjoy solving problems, working directly with customers, and managing service calls from start to finish.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Respond to commercial service calls and troubleshoot electrical issues. Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial electrical systems and equipment. Install, replace, and upgrade panels, breakers, transformers, switchgear, lighting, motor controls, and power distribution equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance and electrical inspections. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams. Communicate professionally with customers and complete service documentation.

Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and company safety standards. WHAT YOU BRING Active Maryland Journeyman Electrician License or the ability to obtain one through reciprocity. Commercial electrical service and troubleshooting experience.

Proven ability to independently diagnose and repair commercial electrical systems. Experience working directly with customers in occupied commercial facilities. Experience with: Three-phase electrical systems Panelboards Switchgear Transformers Lighting and lighting controls Motor controls Power distribution systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, schematics, and one-line diagrams.

Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical safety practices. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred. Valid driver's license.

Compensation

ranges may vary based on individual experience. The salary range shown reflects the base salary for this position.
