We are seeking a Resident Relations Manager to join our team at J Vue at the LMA Apartments , a 20-story, 289-unit high-rise apartment building that soars amidst the Boston skyline. Located in Boston’s highly desirable Longwood Medical and Academic Area, the building is in close proximity to major universities, employment centers, and museums, in addition to being just one block from the T on the Green Line. As the Resident Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction and fostering a positive community environment within our residential properties. Excellent communication, organization, management, and people skills are critical for this role. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assists with property and office administration including reporting, managing lease files, audits, and renewals.
Assists with posting rents, daily deposits, and managing delinquency through effective rent collections. Ensures residents abide by community rules and policies. Responds to current resident requests for information.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with residents through proactive communication, community events, and personalized interactions. Addresses resident concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely and empathetic manner, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction. Develops strategies to promote lease renewals and enhance resident retention rates through personalized outreach and incentives.
Plans and executes community events, activities, and initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and enhance the overall living experience for residents. Implements feedback mechanisms to gather insights from residents and utilize data to continuously improve services and amenities. Collaborates with property management, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident experiences.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Always represents the company in a professional manner. Leases and markets vacant and upcoming units. Walks apartments and reports all necessary issues.
Assists in conducting market surveys and shopping competitive properties.

of our properties. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of multifamily property management experience required. High School Diploma and professional knowledge of business discipline are required.
Previous experience as an Assistant Community Manager is preferred. General knowledge of community budgeting and proficiency with property management software; RealPage/Onesite experience preferred.
