About Blank Street: At Blank Street, we're on a mission to become the defining food and beverage brand of our generation, built on a matcha forward menu done obsessively right, a design aesthetic people stop to photograph, and a high-volume format that never cuts corners on quality or hospitality. What began as a handful of carts in NYC is now 100+ locations with a cult following across New York, DC, Boston, and London, and we're just getting started. We're building the team that will define Blank Street in LA.
