We are looking for an AI Process Consultant (APC) for one of our operating companies. The APC will embed directly inside client businesses, uncovering the operational friction that holds them back, designing the workflows that will replace it, and partnering with AI Engineers to ship solutions that change how these organizations actually run .

You won't be writing slide decks that get filed away; you'll be on-site at small and mid-size businesses interviewing operators, mapping processes, building the business case, and owning client outcomes from first conversation through post-deployment adoption. You care about the outcome, not the deck. This is a hands-on, client-facing strategy role built for someone who is as comfortable diagramming a workflow with C-Suite leaders as they are co-piloting a build session with engineers.

Qualifications

: Bachelor's degree in Business , Engineering, Operations, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field 2+ years of professional experience in management consulting, deployment strategy, technical program management, operations, or a similar client-facing strategic role Demonstrated track record of driving complex projects to measurable outcomes in client or stakeholder-facing environments Strong analytical foundation — comfortable with spreadsheets, ROI modeling, basic SQL, and quantitative reasoning. Python literacy is a plus but not required Working knowledge of modern AI capabilities and what LLMs, agents, and RAG systems can and can't do and the judgment to scope realistic AI solutions vs. avoid AI theater Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving client environments.
