Department: Billing Employment Type: Full time Location: Hybrid - Sandyford, Dublin 18 The Billing Reporting Analyst maps current working practices end to end — across billing assurance, exception handling, collections and payment arrangements — to give us a single, accurate view of how work flows. From that baseline, the role owns a quarterly roadmap of process improvements, worked jointly with the internal development team to increase automation, reduce manual effort, lift team capacity and output, and minimise operational and regulatory risk. The role also builds a centralised reporting view covering management information (MI) and daily operational work queues.
Key Responsibilities
: Process Mapping Improvement Assess and document current working practices end to end, capturing all process steps and touch points across the operational streams using appropriate process mapping tools. Identify inefficiencies, manual effort and control gaps, and translate them into prioritised improvement opportunities. Develop and own a quarterly roadmap of process improvements with the internal development team, targeting increased automation, reduced manual effort, greater capacity and lower operational and regulatory risk and facilitate workshops to validate current state maps, agree target-state designs and secure sign-off.
Centralised Reporting MI Design, build and maintain a centralised reporting view covering management information and daily operational work queues, using tools including Power BI and SQL to track key performance across billing and collections. Own data quality within reporting outputs (source validation and reconciliation against the system of record), provide data-driven recommendations and track adoption.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Essential Proven experience in a business analysis, process improvement or reporting role, ideally within utilities, financial services or another regulated, high-volume operational environment. Strong process mapping skills, with hands-on experience using recognised tools to capture and maintain end-to-end process maps. Strong reporting and analytics capability, including Power BI and SQL, with the ability to build and maintain dashboards and operational reporting from source data.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (CRM Evo or equivalent), Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate) and case management tooling. Exposure to automation and low-code tooling, ideally gained working alongside an internal development team through the full change lifecycle.
