The Role We are supporting a leading capital markets client through a critical market infrastructure transformation initiative focused on expanding the Canadian Fixed Income ecosystem and onboarding key market participants to strategic clearing and repo services. As a Program Manager , you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of this complex, multi-workstream program, ensuring alignment across business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders. Working within a highly regulated capital markets environment, you will coordinate delivery activities across multiple teams and organizations, manage critical dependencies and risks, and help ensure program objectives are achieved on time and within scope.

This role requires a strong delivery leader who can navigate complexity, foster collaboration across stakeholder groups, and maintain momentum across interconnected initiatives while supporting program governance and executive reporting.

What You'Ll Do

What We'Re Looking For
