Job Summary The Regional HR Administrator supports regional-level HR administrative functions and ensures consistent application of company policies, procedures, and local compliance.
This role is an on-site resource for managers and employees, providing administrative support in onboarding, offboarding, recordkeeping, leave tracking, employee relations documentation, and HR systems entry and maintenance. This position reports to the Regional Manager and supports alignment with direction from Central HR.
Key Responsibilities
, scheduling orientation, I-9 completion, document collection). Talent acquisition job postings and candidate screenings. Tracking employee training and incentive program.
Coordinate offboarding steps (equipment return, final checklists, and exit logistics ).
Compensation
history . Track and maintain documentation related to employee leaves in coordination with Central HR. Administer site-level wellness events, recognition programs, and local HR communications.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to regional leaders and employees regarding HR policy questions, timekeeping practices, and procedural guidance. Support documentation and intake of employee relations matters, escalating as needed to Central HR. Assist with scheduling and communication for regional trainings and compliance tracking.
Ensure required labor law postings and HR-related communications are up to date and visible. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of employee records and sensitive issues. Serve as the local point of contact for HRIS system navigation support and data accuracy.
Perform administrative follow-up from investigations, audits, or compliance checks as directed by Central HR. Coordinate region-specific engagement initiatives such as events or surveys in alignment with broader HR programs. Other administrative duties as assigned by Director of Manufacturing or Central HR.
Qualifications
Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources. Working knowledge of MS Office and H CM systems such as Dayforce.
Strong written and verbal communications skills, with ability to present and train Client focused, customer service disposition. Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise a high level of confidentiality. Highly organized and self-motivated.
Demonstrated commitment to working with a diverse staff. Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment . Demonstrated follow through and problem-solving skills for nuanced HR issues .
