If you are eager to learn, love high-end desserts, and want to perfect your sweet skills alongside top pastry chefs, this role is for you. Support the pastry station: Assist the Pastry Chef with daily prep, baking, and ensuring flawless service for desserts, amenities, and pastries. Deliver perfection: Help prepare and plate beautiful desserts, afternoon tea items, and sweet treats according to the highest luxury standards.
Learn and grow: Master classic and modern pastry techniques, work with premium seasonal ingredients, and understand the precision behind fine-dining desserts. Keep it spotless: Maintain a perfectly clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, compliant with all food safety. Solid foundation: You have a degree in pastry/culinary arts or previous experience/internships in a professional kitchen or pastry shop.
A genuine passion for baking and fine desserts is a must. Precision and eagerness to learn: A proactive attitude, patience, a desire to constantly improve your skills, and a strong eye for detail. Reliable team player: Good communication skills, a positive mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Language skills: Good command of English and/or Czech to ensure smooth daily communication within our international team.
