If you are passionate about providing sophisticated hospitality and creating a seamless first impression in a truly unique setting, we invite you to explore this opportunity with us. You will provide a warm, prestigious, and professional welcome to our international guests as the very first face they see upon arrival. You will take flawless care of guests' luggage, ensuring its safe and swift delivery to their rooms with care and efficiency.

You will manage the hotel's main entrance and valet parking services, coordinating arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. You will assist guests during their stay, from opening doors and handling transport arrangements to escorting them to their rooms with the highest level of care. You maintain immaculate professional manners, a polished appearance, and a guest-first mindset in every interaction.

You have a good command of the English language to communicate effectively with our global clientele. You hold a valid driving license (Category B) and feel confident driving various types of vehicles. You possess physical stamina, great reliability, and a genuine desire to learn the art of luxury hospitality.

You will work in the unique atmosphere of a stunning 13th-century monastery. You will be entitled to staff discounts in our hotels worldwide. You will be eligible for employee rates at Sixt.
