It’s the people. Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together. YOUR MISSION As an Electrical Engineer II, Radio Frequency (RF) at True Anomaly, you will build upon your foundational skills by supporting RF system design across our ground and space hardware.
You will be responsible for RF components within an established architecture. You will contribute reliably to spacecraft communication programs, collaborate actively with your team and other subsystem teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, specify, and evaluate moderate-complexity RF components within the overall system architecture, with guidance as needed Perform applicable analyses including link budgets, antenna pattern evaluations, compatibility, and others as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 2–4 years of experience in RF engineering for aerospace or related applications Demonstrated ability to design or evaluate RF components such as LNAs, amplifiers, and passive networks Experience performing link budget analysis and interpreting RF test data Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators) Strong collaborative and communication skills PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Experience with RF simulation tools (MATLAB, HFSS, FEKO, CST, or similar) Familiarity with space communication protocols (CCSDS or similar) Exposure to EMI/EMC

and test methods Experience in a startup or fast-paced engineering environment
Work Location —Successful candidates will be located near Centennial, CO or Long Beach, CA. COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 Equity +
