Position Overview: The EPM Systems Administrator combines hands-on administration with solution design and delivery across Hunter Douglas’ Oracle EPM EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) applications. The role is responsible for maintaining system stability, security, and performance, while also identifying improvement opportunities, proposing scalable solutions, and driving their implementation in partnership with finance and IT teams. This position supports accurate and timely data for reporting and consolidation and may also contribute to FCCS (Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud Service) , as needed.
What You'Ll Do
: Own and manage metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and application configurations across Oracle EPBCS and FCCS environments.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud administration (EPBCS required; FCCS preferred) Strong understanding of financial planning, consolidation processes, and accounting principles Hands-on experience developing business rules, data forms, workflows, and task lists Experience with data integration, data management tools, and multi-source ERP environments Proficiency in EPM Automate, Smart View, and scripting (batch/shell/calc scripting) Experience with Groovy scripting. Strong knowledge of change control, testing, and deployment methodologies Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
