Responsibilities

: Lead end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare IT products, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap from conception to launch for the Tebra platform integration and the internal commercialization and billing systems. Develop and execute product direction plans aligned with market needs and measurable KPIs, ensuring customer satisfaction and business ROI. Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, finance, and operations—to design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions that unify legacy systems and improve internal workflows.

Assess current or future end customer needs, collect customer feedback, review customer support issues, review sales win/loss data, and visit customers to study product interaction in their natural environment; Analyze data from internal and external sources to identify market opportunities, optimize product performance, and inform decision-making.

/experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in management information systems, project management or related field, plus two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Product Manager within the healthcare software field or related position. Experience must include: SAFe and Scrum frameworks; Global team coordination; Full-lifecycle product management and delivery; Jira and Confluence for agile project management; Salesforce for CRM; Tableau and Power BI for data analysis and visualization; and Collaboration platforms: Figma and Miro.
