Compensation
for Supervision : Earn $110+ per hour for 1:1 supervision as an independent contractor. $150 for triadic supervision. No client work required.

Your Role as an Associate Supervisor As a supervising clinician with Daybreak Health, you will: Provide Supervision to Associate-Level Therapists : Offer clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to youth. Ensure Compliance and Ethical Practice : Monitor and ensure that supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards. Focus on Outcomes : Utilize our tools and resources to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for their clients.
Maintain Supervisory Documentation : Keep accurate and timely records of supervision sessions using our secure EHR system. Engage in Professional Development : Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay at the forefront of youth mental health care.
What We’Re Looking For
Qualifications
: Active, independent clinical license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor ( LMHC ). Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists. Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).
Preferred Qualifications
: Bilingual Ability : Fluency in Spanish or other languages. Specialized Training : Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities. Educational Experience : Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions.
