At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses. The Associate Territory Account Manager is responsible for selling Tactile Medical devices and educating physicians, clinicians and patients on our medical devices that are clinically proven to improve the quality of life for Lymphedema patients.

Qualifications

Education Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years) 1+ years of outside sales/inside sales experience OR 2+ years of patient facing clinical experience OR 1+ years of Tactile Medical patient facing or sales support work experience Preferred: Outside sales experience with in-person product demonstrations Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients such as a Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc. Demonstrated success interacting with Tactile Medical patients, customers, and clinicians Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills Strong sales “close” experience and mentality, including persuasiveness, assertiveness and persistence Resourceful and a self-starter Ability to travel/drive within the territory as well as outside of the territory for conference, trainings, etc.
