What You’Ll Do
Strive is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and detailed-oriented individual for the Sr. Associate, Operations Strategy. This role is responsible for supporting the market operations teams through continual process improvement and program management with a focus on scalability and execution.
This position reports to the Sr. Director, Market Operations and will partner closely with the Sr. Manager, Market Operations.
The Day to Day Supports Market Leaders by successfully navigating a matrixed environment to address operational issues and answer related questions. Collaborates with multiple internal teams to ensure a cohesive, streamlined approach to market provider and patient engagement activities, including but not limited to: Initiates and leads coordination efforts around various patient engagement activities Project manage provider engagement activities, working closely with various internal external teams to develop strategy and tactically execute. Conducts strategic analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities related to engagement activities and provides recommendations for improvement.
Effectively pulls in and coordinates multiple internal resources to support engagement initiatives, optimizing efficiency and productivity. Develops and creates comprehensive slide decks for presentations, conveying complex information clearly and compellingly. Implements quality improvement initiatives, monitors performance indicators, and ensures adherence to standards and protocols to enhance market outcomes.
Works cross-functionally to help design and implements new standard operational processes and process improvements into the Market, adapting to market-specific factors. Acts as a resource person to administrative team, department managers, and clinical staff on any issues that may come about including but not limited to: IT issues, patient concerns, general administrative questions. Creates structure around complex ambiguous problems and translates market needs to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, operations, and/or with a high-growth healthcare organization. 0Mbps (up/down): Latency 60 ms.
Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in provider communications. Project management experience.
