You'll help deliver high-quality releases by owning manual testing activities, improving QA processes, and partnering closely with engineering and product teams to identify issues before they reach production. What you’ll drive: Test execution quality assurance Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios. Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

Verify bug fixes and ensure high-quality releases. Support performance and load testing activities where required. Defect management Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.

Investigate issues and provide clear reproduction steps. Work closely with developers to resolve defects efficiently. Analyze recurring issues and recommend preventive improvements.

Collaboration delivery Partner with developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC. Contribute to test planning and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics clearly.

Support release readiness by validating critical functionality. Process improvement Improve testing documentation, QA processes, and testing methodologies. Contribute to the development of reusable test scenarios and frameworks.

Help increase testing efficiency through better tooling and automation collaboration. Share knowledge and support junior QA engineers in their professional growth. What makes you a GR8 fit: Must-have 3+ years of experience in Manual QA or Software Testing within the FinTech domain.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC. Experience with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools.

Good understanding of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries. Experience testing web applications and APIs. Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.

Understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems. Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with fluency in Ukrainian or Russian. Nice-to-have Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android).

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments. Basic knowledge of automation testing tools and scripting. Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

Experience in high-load or product-based environments.
