The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in contract administration, financial analysis, and executive-level communication to help advance critical technology initiatives that support the City's water utility.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Business Administration, Public Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field Four (4) years of contract administration, procurement, and business/financial analysis related to information technology Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities
