Work closely with senior leaders, country controllers, FP A, global functions, investor relations, group tax, treasury teams and auditors as a trusted business partner.
Support major strategic projects, including M A activities, divestments and transformation initiatives related to integrated reporting. Promote continuous improvement, strong communication and a collaborative working environment. What Does It Take to Be Successful?
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in Group Reporting, Consolidation, Audit, or a similar senior finance role, with strong expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, and group consolidation processes. They have experience developing and managing end-to-end reporting frameworks, coordinating global close and reporting cycles, and working closely with external auditors. A qualified Auditor or Controller with an outstanding academic and professional background, the successful candidate is highly analytical, structured, and dependable, with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
They demonstrate proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, building strong relationships across functions and geographies while maintaining a collaborative business partnering approach. Familiarity with reporting technologies such as Workiva and SAP Group Reporting, together with a continuous improvement mindset focused on automation, quality, and efficiency, is essential. Experience within the FMCG industry would be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
include: Impact : deliver accurate, timely and decision-useful integrated reporting for the Group. Lead end-to-end coordination of the Group integrated reporting cycle, including quarterly Trading Statements, statutory reporting and the Annual Report. Ensure high-quality, accurate and timely information across all areas of integrated reporting.
Oversee the Group consolidation structure and ensure accurate consolidation entries and reporting flows. Coordinate disciplined global close and reporting cycles across markets and central teams. Lead the Group hard close process and year-end Group audit, while providing support and guidance to local statutory audits across markets.
Manage, through direct and/or dotted-line leadership, a team of two reporting professionals based in India responsible for the delivery of quarterly consolidation activities. Innovation : strengthen frameworks, controls and technology to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
