About The Role
We are seeking an HSE Technician who will report to the HSE Manager and support the implementation of Health, Safety Environment activities across the site.

and corporate standards. Provide day-to-day support and guidance to employees on HSE matters. Promote a proactive Safety Culture across all levels of the organization, encouraging safe behaviors.
Support the development, review, and implementation of safe systems of work, identifying and helping mitigate risks. Participate in inspections, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring proper follow-up of corrective actions. Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure HSE standards are integrated into daily operations. So what does it take to be successful in this role? 2–5 years of experience in a HSE role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field. Health Safety certification (Level 4/5 or equivalent preferred). Good knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with different stakeholders. Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in incident investigation and continuous improvement.
Good communication and teamwork skills. Fluent in Portuguese and English. What’s Next?
