We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager to support performance reporting and insights across Digital Operations, Rights Management, and Content Integrity.

This role will be responsible for executing a consistent KPI and SLA reporting framework, delivering clear and actionable insights, and supporting both structured reporting and ongoing analytical needs across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with operational judgment, and is comfortable balancing recurring reporting, dashboard development, and ad hoc analysis to support business decision-making.
