What You Will Do

We’re looking for an Associate Partner Project Manager to join our Partner Management team to support the delivery of large-scale, complex, and often long-term events and partnerships. You will be working closely with a Senior Manager and with cross-functional teams to bring high-impact experiences to life - from initial contract signing to post-launch performance optimisation and partner support.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, ambiguity, and dynamic environments, someone who takes initiative, can bring structure, has an ability to pick up new skills quickly and has a meticulous eye for detail. You will be expected to work independently, communicate confidently with external stakeholders, and proactively solve problems.

What We’Re Looking For

1+ years of experience in project management, operations, or consulting — preferably in fast-paced or ambiguous environments. Strong attention to detail and a passion for structure and precision in execution. Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.

Comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams with competing priorities.
