Position Summary We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to support the clini cal operations at our Eastlake/Coronado Clinic (San Diego, CA) . This role is ideal for someone who thr iv es in a dynamic, patient-centered environment and is passionate about del iv ering high-quality care while supporting a collaborat iv e clini cal team.
We are particularly interested in RNs with backgrounds in ICU, hospital, or other acute care settings , as these experiences br ing valuable clini cal insight and readiness to lead in a fast-paced outpatient environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position, scheduled for 40 hours per week. Work hours may vary based on assigned clinic location, Monday through Friday.
This role will be based primarily in our San Gabriel Valley clinic but may also provide support to other nearby locations. The ideal candidate is adaptable and enjoys collaborating across multiple sites to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Clini cal Procedures Diagnostic Testing : Perform a variety of allergy and asthma testing procedures, including: Allergy skin testing Spirometry, DLCO, and fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) Mannitol challenges Drug challenges Food challenges Emergency Response Treatment Administration Assist in the treatment of anaphylaxis, including: Administration of injectable epinephrine IV fluids (ensuring this skillset is proficient) Oxygen and nebulized medications Administer intravenous medications and infusions, (In accordance with the California Board of Registered Nursing scope-of-practice guidelines) including: IVIG Monoclonal antibody therapies Clini cal Oversight SOP Implementation : Oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all areas of clinical care, including: Allergy immunotherapy (injections) Skin testing protocols Food and drug challenge protocols Oral immunotherapy (OIT) treatments Maintain and manage staff training logs and ensure protocol compliance Clini cal Research Coordination : Participate in and oversee the conduct of clinical trials: Supervise administration of investigational products by study coordinators Support and train clinical research staff; address medical questions Ensure accurate completion of study documentation, including: Training logs Delegation of authority forms Equipment calibration and maintenance logs Oral Immunotherapy (OIT) Program Management : Oversee the preparation of food allergen solutions Participate in and supervise: Food up dosing appointments In-office food challenges Additional duties as assigned.

Licensure Certifications: Licensed RN in the state of California. Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
