package 🔹 Summary The Quality Assurance Technician – Nights is responsible for inspecting products during production to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. Working directly on the manufacturing floor, this role supports quality assurance processes by performing inspections, audits, and documentation activities that help minimize defects and ensure products are manufactured correctly. The Quality Technician plays an important role in maintaining product quality, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
What You'Ll Do
Inspect products throughout production to verify quality standards and customer
Requirements
Review job tickets, production documentation, and specifications to ensure accurate inspections. Perform quality audits and inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process. Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns to production and leadership teams.
Support corrective action efforts by helping investigate and resolve quality issues. Complete and maintain inspection records, audit reports, and quality documentation. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and compliance.
Work closely with production teams to reduce waste and improve process effectiveness. Follow all ISO standards, quality procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and operational performance.
🔹 What You'll Bring Education Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, printing, packaging, or industrial operations preferred. Experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment is a plus.
Knowledge of ISO standards or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred. Skills Abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to identify defects and maintain high inspection standards.
Experience using Microsoft Office and Manufacturing Information Systems (MIS) preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to follow written procedures, specifications, and work instructions. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
