WHAT YOU WILL DO

: EOS IT Solutions is seeking highly skilled and adaptable Data Center Surge Technicians to join a centralized travel team supporting data center operations across North America. This team is deployed to support new site turn-ups, large-scale infrastructure deployments, SLA recovery efforts, and critical operational gaps . Technicians are expected to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and deliver immediate impact with minimal onboarding.

Compensation

: This position requires frequent travel to project sites and data centers. Candidates who enjoy traveling and working in different environments will thrive in this role. To recognize the commitment, we offer a $250 weekly travel bonus , paid in addition to base wages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

S. locations Ability to support extended deployments (2–4+ weeks or longer) based on business demand Comfortable working and living in hotel-based environments for extended periods Flexibility to work day/night shifts, overtime, and weekends during surge events This role is best suited for individuals who prefer dynamic, travel-intensive work environments over fixed-site assignments.
