About The Role

Uber Freight is looking for experienced customer service professionals with a background in the Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics field. Our specialists will lead transportation functions to ensure accurate, timely delivery of products in the most efficient and cost-effective manner all while providing excellent customer service to our customers. This position will be at our Oakville, ON office location, work schedule will be Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent 2+ years of related experience in Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain Canada over the road transportation experience Knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Logistics or Supply Chain Management Strong understanding of cross-border transportation and the freight logistics industry Experience LTL, FTL and flatbed transportation Reporting and Analytics (Ability to run BI reports; validate information; understand reports, offer feedback and deliver insights to your manager and or customer contacts on the information contained within the report)

Compensation
