What You’Ll Do

: As an Associate Field Technician , you’ll get immersive training while traveling extensively to customer sites. You’ll learn to perform specialized chemical cleaning and passivation on fluid and gas systems that support mission-critical operations. This role requires over 80% overnight travel, including 30-50% night shifts and must be available to work significant overtime including holidays, weekends & short notice.

Responsibilities

) Maintain organized, clean workspaces in alignment with 5S/CEO standards Complete OSHA and company safety training, and follow all safety procedures Travel extensively—80%+ by land or air (overnight travel required) including holidays, weekends & short notice Who We’re Looking For: We hire for attitude and train for success. If you’re mechanically inclined, eager to grow, and ready for adventure, you could be a great fit. Must-Haves: Valid Class “C” driver’s license with clean driving record Real ID or Passport for air travel required to start Two weeks of paid training in California within first 3 weeks of employment Medical DOT certificate Strong math skills (ratios, percentages) Comfortable with mobile tech and basic programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) Fluent in English with solid verbal & written skills Able to lift 50 lbs.
