We seek a highly skilled and experienced Test & Evaluation Manager who is passionate about accelerating our development timelines and driving the evolution of front line mission operations through better command and communication capabilities.

This position is looking for a highly motivated test engineer with emphasis in developmental and operational test of Anduril’s suite of software and hardware systems. You will work heavily with cross-functional engineering and program stakeholders to support and/or lead a team focused on solving hard problems and changing the industry forever. The role will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution and reporting on all facets of the test program.

The Test and Evaluation Team at Anduril works across the entire spectrum of products and business lines and test range management. Our team conducts full system level development testing, new production acceptance testing, sub-component qualification testing and much more. In short, if it involves test, we support it.

Overview Anduril is seeking a driven Manager for the Test & Evaluation Team withing our Edge Command and Compute business line. You will be responsibility for leading, mentoring, and upleveling the measurable performance of a very technical team of test engineers - each managing the full test lifecycle across their product lines (both software-enabled hardware and software systems).

In this role, You will lead test planning, execution, and reporting for developmental and operational test events, ensuring system-level performance is validated in both laboratory and field environments. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, program management, and government stakeholders to deliver rigorously tested systems that meet the demands of the modern battlespace. This is an opportunity to shape test strategy for one of Anduril’s most critical Divisions, lead high-performing teams, and directly influence the success of deployed warfighter capabilities.

What You’Ll Do

In this role, you will lead the test planning and execution for the Menace Family of Products, Titan, and other Connected Warfare products, effectively managing both software and hardware test environments. The team of test engineers will look to You to provide them essential technical leadership, guidance, and oversight during test campaigns.

Responsibilities
