This position is focused on the development, deployment, and optimization of manufacturing equipment, workstations, and assembly processes supporting high-volume production operations. The role involves leading equipment projects from concept through commissioning, providing Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback during product development, and supporting manufacturing scale-up from prototype builds through production launch. The engineer will work closely with design engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, equipment vendors, and system integrators to ensure manufacturing systems achieve safety, quality, throughput, and reliability objectives.
This position requires strong technical ownership, hands-on equipment experience, manufacturing process expertise, and the ability to lead complex industrialization initiatives in fast-paced production environments.
