Liquid Personnel is recruiting Adult Social Worker for its client's Community Team at Ealing. As a Social Worker in the Adult Community Team, you will manage a varied caseload of adults with a range of social care needs.

Qualifications
Experience: To be successful in this role you must have, A recognised Social Work qualification Current Social Work England (SWE) registration Experience undertaking assessments, reviews, and safeguarding interventions within adult social care Good knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and relevant legislation Strong multi-agency partnership working skills Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities A compassionate, proactive, and person-centred approach to practice A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for adults and their families Why Liquid Personnel?
