About The Role
V. is looking for a motivated, fast thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Operations Team as the Supply Planning Manager. V.
warehouses. V. and ensure deliverables are being met.
This candidate will be able to work autonomously, while also being an exceptional collaborator, team player, and strategic thinker. Essential Functions Duties Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to: Oversee the Finished Goods (FG) supply planning process across multiple sources and destinations, ensuring a balanced network to achieve customer fill rate targets. Collaborate with internal partners within Demand, Procurement, and Logistics to execute an efficient and balanced production plan.
Manage and escalate supply issues, highlighting business risk and providing root cause analysis and resolution. Cross-functional teamwork with internal and external partners on product availability, root causing and resolving issues, and actioning changes for the benefit of fill rate and inventory. Support the innovation calendar with on-time and in-full execution for all launches.
Drive efficiencies within the supply chain to create an optimized and enhanced model. Develop and support capabilities for reporting and analysis. Lead process improvements and support long-term business strategies.
Maintain accurate master data to ensure full utilization with ERP Planning tools. Manage 3 direct reports, developing their knowledge of supply chain and planning principles, providing career insight, and helping with professional growth. Support ERP implementation and ongoing Kinaxis upgrades and project phases.
