Responsibilities

: Prepare surfaces for polishing by cleaning, leveling, and repairing imperfections. Remove debris, adhesives, or coatings from the surface to ensure a smooth and even finish. Set up and operate polishing equipment, including power trowels, grinders, and polishers.

Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Apply polishing compounds, chemicals, and abrasives to surfaces based on material specifications. Utilize polishing machines to achieve the desired finish, ranging from a matte to a high-gloss shine.

Inspect surfaces during and after the polishing process to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and address any imperfections, scratches, or inconsistencies in the finish.

Qualifications

: High School Diploma or GED required. Proven experience as a Polisher or similar role in the construction industry.

Preferred Qualifications
