looking for: VML, part of WPP, is seeking an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working from Costa Rica. The role includes daily client contact and integration with both VML teams as well as corresponding client’s counterparts.

The Account Executive provides daily coordination between all departments of VML, effectively delivering full agency capabilities and solutions to local clients, establishing local marketing priorities, assisting in the development and execution of yearly plans, and implementing steps to achieve deliverables for the agency and the client, both on time and on budget. Overall, the Account Executive’s role is to provide support to the client in order to meet business challenges and goals.

What You’Ll Do

: Manage | Manage client projects from initiation to completion under supervision. Oversee creative execution and ensure adherence to client identity/corporate guidelines. Manage and maintain weekly client status reports and conduct weekly status meetings.

Maintain overall quality control. Collaborate | Coordinate with the team in developing projects and promotional plans. Participate in writing creative briefs and ensure briefs are followed by all team members.

Assist the team in analyzing data and creating budgets with minimal supervision. Assist team in managing and analyzing finances. Build agency and client relationships.

Process | Prepare timelines and contact reports. Track and manage team hours and out-of-pocket expenses.
