You Are: As the Testing Manager at Accenture Federal Services, you will drive the modernization and strategic evolution of the testing function—leading the shift from manual testing practices to scalable, automated solutions.

In this role, you will champion quality assurance excellence, streamline testing workflows, and foster a high‑performing team culture focused on continuous improvement. The Work: You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of automated testing frameworks and ensure that these solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities

will include establishing rigorous standards for test coverage, reliability, and performance while maintaining alignment with project objectives and client expectations. You will analyze testing outcomes, create detailed reporting dashboards, monitor key quality metrics, and translate results into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and federal clients.
