What You’Ll Do

: Greet and assist visitors and help maintain an inviting lobby Answer main-line switchboard, take messages, answer questions, and route calls as needed Monitor designated emergency panels and alert the appropriate staff as required Maintain daily records of residents leaving and returning to the community Provide administrative support across the community as assigned Stay informed about community events, special scheduling, and daily functions Perform other duties as assigned

: Flexibility and Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Multitasking Experience: Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks smoothly Administrative Experience: Minimum 2+ years in an administrative role Microsoft Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication abilities Confidentiality: Maintain discretion with sensitive information Language Proficiency: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English PRN
