BGB Group Account Supervisor Position Overview The Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of an assigned portfolio of projects, ensuring all agency deliverables align with client objectives and are completed within established quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client satisfaction by identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. Serving as a primary agency contact for ongoing project execution, the Account Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining trusted client relationships while ensuring seamless communication across internal teams. In addition, this role provides oversight and mentorship to Account Executives, supporting their development while ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and at the highest standard.
