In this role, you will develop test plans, execute tests, collect data, analyze results, and ensure that the systems meet all specifications. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace technologies in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

and program needs Execute test procedures, collect and validate test data, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and configuration control standards Analyze test results, document anomalies, and support root cause investigations in collaboration with cross-functional teams Coordinate with design, systems, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure tests align with verification and validation

Prepare for and participate in test readiness reviews, pre-test briefings, and post-test debriefs Maintain organized test documentation to support internal, customer, and audit reviews Contribute to continuous improvement of test methodologies, tooling, automation, and data analysis practices

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support or lead the planning, setup, execution, and documentation of component- and system-level tests across mechanical, electrical, and environmental domains Develop, review, and maintain test procedures, plans, reports, and data packages aligned with engineering

Test Engineer I Base Salary: $70,000-$110,000 Test Engineer II Base Salary: $80,000-$130,000 Equity +
