As a Technical Sourcer, you’ll have a direct hand in building the teams that make this possible. You will help shape a high-growth, high-impact organization by hiring the people engineering the future of space security. S.

In this role, you will partner with deeply technical leaders, hire exceptional engineering talent, and influence processes that scale. This role partners closely with our talent acquisition team to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates.

We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best engineers to True Anomaly. This is a 6-month temp-to-hire opportunity located in our Denver, CO office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity

QUALIFICATIONS

COMPENSATION

Base Hourly: $33/hr - $40/hr Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education and experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Work Location : while we observe a hybrid work environment, you will need to be onsite as the business needs require. On an average week, you can expect to spend at least 4 days per week in office at our GravityWorks factory in Centennial, CO. Travel: occasional travel to our other office locations and for hiring events.
