It’s the people. Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together. YOUR MISSION We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Test Engineer to support the design, planning, and execution of test campaigns for aerospace defense systems.
Requirements
In this role, you will develop test plans, execute tests, collect data, analyze results, and ensure that the systems meet all specifications. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace technologies in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
verification, procedure development, and execution oversight. Author and review high-level test documentation including plans, procedures, readiness reports, and compliance matrices. Analyze complex test data, resolve anomalies, and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Mentor junior engineers and serve as the technical point of contact for internal and external test-related communications. Interface with program leadership, customers, and regulatory bodies during design reviews and formal test events. Ensure compliance with industry and military standards for test planning and reporting.
Work Location — this a fully onsite position based out of our Centennial, CO office. RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and lead test strategies for major programs, including
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 5+ years of relevant experience in test engineering for aerospace, defense, or high-reliability systems. Deep knowledge of environmental and performance test methodologies and standards.
Experience leading complex test campaigns and multidisciplinary teams. Strong background in data analysis, systems engineering, and failure analysis. Excellent communication, leadership, and technical documentation skills.
S. Citizenship required due to government contracts. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Master's degree in engineering.
Familiarity with systems engineering principles and test validation traceability. Expertise with data acquisition, test automation, and scripting (LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB). Knowledge of test standards such as MIL-STD-810, DO-160, or NASA/DoD specs.
Experience working in classified or secure test environments. Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $120,000-$195,000 Equity +
