Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a Project Manager Assistant (PMA) to assist with our projects in Shaker Heights, OH! The PMA will support our Project Managers with administrative, operational, and project accounting tasks that keep complex civil engineering projects moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support professional services teams through strong organization, financial tracking, and proactive communication.
As a PMA, you’ll provide critical administrative, operational, and financial support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
and audit preparation as needed Operational Support Assist Project Managers with internal coordination and workflow organization Help monitor project progress and keep teams aligned on priorities Collaborate with multidisciplinary civil engineering project teams Financial & Invoicing Support Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking Track project costs, allocations, and changes throughout the project lifecycle Support Project Managers during the invoicing cycle by reviewing draft invoices, coordinating revisions, and preparing invoices for final billing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field 2+ years of relevant experience in project administration, project accounting, or project coordination Experience supporting professional services or consulting projects preferred AEC industry experience highly preferred Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and MS Office applications The ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail A team-oriented, service-focused approach to supporting Project Managers Excellent written and verbal communication skills The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting.
