You'll deliver lessons, assess students' progress and contribute to a learning environment where precision and safety are part of the culture, not just the curriculum. We're looking for experience in PLCs, Engineering Mathematics, and a strong Design Understanding.

Plan and deliver lessons across Level 3 to 6, to help our students achieve their academic potential and the practical, employability skills they’ll need for their future careers Mark work, give clear feedback, and guide our students on how they can improve Use assessment results to shape lessons and support each student's progress Monitor attendance and promote positive behaviour Keep accurate records of student progress, assessments, and other administrative duties Act as a Personal Tutor when needed, providing pastoral advice and guidance Support induction, record achievements, and help students plan their next steps Take part in Open Evenings, school liaison and activities that promote your subject area Coordinate courses and contribute to departmental initiatives Keep up to date with developments in your subject and best practice in teaching and assessment Degree or vocational qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related area.
