We’re looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Store-Based Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a store-based role where you’ll work closely with agricultural customers to deliver tailored solutions that support profitability and sustainable growth. Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days, including weekends. As Store-Based Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of your store-based territory, acting as a trusted advisor to your customers. You’ll promote Mole Valley’s full range of products and services, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver innovative, value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
