About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team as a high-ownership, product-minded contributor. In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for key features and platform components within our full-stack ecosystem: Ruby on Rails (backend), React (web), and Flutter (mobile). We are looking for a pragmatic engineer who doesn't just implement tickets but actively shapes the product experience by understanding user needs and engineering tradeoffs.

You will own your work from architectural design through to production deployment, ensuring the reliability and performance of systems that directly impact individual care.
