On a daily basis this will involve: Training: Participate in structured learning programmes designed to develop technical conveyancing knowledge and practical case-handling skills. Case Support: Assist experienced conveyancers with the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Client Care: Provide professional and friendly support to clients, keeping them informed throughout their property journey. Administration: Prepare correspondence, maintain accurate records and update case management systems in line with internal procedures. Communication: Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors to help progress matters efficiently.
Organisation: Manage priorities effectively, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within required timescales.
Requirements
, lender instructions and internal quality standards at all times. Development: Build technical expertise and professional confidence through mentoring, feedback and ongoing training opportunities. To be successful in the recruitment process you will need to evidence the following in your CV: Previous experience in an assistant or paralegal role specifically within Conveyancing is essential.
Passion for a career in legal services and property law. Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
