Part Time Learning and Development Coordinator

We’re looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our passionate L&D team here at Butlin’s Skegness! This is a new position that will play an important part in supporting learning across the resort. You’ll help ensure our training runs smoothly behind the scenes whilst also building great relationships with leaders and teams across the business.

No two days will look the same. One day you could be preparing our training rooms and supporting the behind the scenes administration, and the next you could be helping deliver an induction or supporting one of our leadership workshops. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves working with people and wants to make a real difference to the development of our teams.
