Manage candidate data and pipeline activity within our ATS and sourcing tools with accuracy and integrity. Track and share sourcing metrics and performance data regularly to ensure continued success and improvement.

Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by actively sourcing from underrepresented talent pools. Coordinate, schedule, and manage the logistics for all stages of the interview process (phone, video, and panels), ensuring a smooth and timely experience for candidates and interviewers alike. Support offer preparation, background check initiation, and pre-employment activities in partnership with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR.
