About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Project Controls team in our regional office in Ashburn, VA This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate and execute project cost projections and forecasting, including coordination with MEP subcontractors. Support internal and external cash flow management for the project. Ensure timely and accurate owner billing, establishing processes for reviews and billing submissions.

Establish and manage processes for internal and external change reviews. Monitor reporting and metrics for change management backlog, focusing on quantity, magnitude, and aging. Assist with document control for correspondence, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related construction field. Up to 5 years of commercial construction experience. Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards.
