The Role TRG Screen is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent and HR team, based in Belfast. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Global Talent Team, supporting full-cycle recruitment across the organization.

You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, source, screen, and coordinate with candidates through the hiring process. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to build end-to-end sourcing and coordination experience within a global, fast-paced Talent function. Our Talent function moves quickly.

We hire across multiple regions and functions at once, priorities shift week to week, and no two days look the same. We're looking for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment — comfortable managing a full requisition load, adapting quickly as priorities shift, and staying resilient when things get busy. A proactive mindset and genuine team-player attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

Requirements
